Our company was founded in 1962 as a road construction business. The quarrying and processing of Pietra Serena sandstone and “Pietra Serena Extra Dura del Bucine®” (extra-hard Pietra Serena) from our own four quarries started in 1978.
For over 30 years, “Berti Sisto & C.” has provided its customers with a top-quality finished product. The uniqueness and naturalness of this particular type of sandstone fits various architectural projects, allowing for its use in the restoration of old historic centres as well as in the construction of contemporary buildings with innovative structural and aesthetic applications.

All our materials are carefully selected to ensure an exceptional raw material, ideal for flooring and paving, cladding, but also decorations and artistic elements.
